
Randi Kay is a self care mentor, podcaster, yoga teacher and a massage therapist. After graduating from massage school in 2007 and becoming a registered yoga teacher in 2009, Randi has been actively doing both for 10+ years. After seeing a need for both physical and mental well-being, she later turned her focus into self-care for others. Thus, allowing her practices to be utilized through 1 on 1 mentoring and The Simple Self Care Podcast.
