How long does it generally take for a customer to receive their order? 

All products are shipped out after fulfillment. We take about 1-2 business days to fulfill all products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.

A confirmation email will then be sent to you confirming that your order is completed and out or shipment. 

What is your return/exchange policy?

Since the merchandise offered on Ever North is special ordered merchandise and sold for a limited time. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@evernorthco.com or using the contact form below and we will provide you a return label.

My order status says "Unfulfilled". What does that mean?

"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."

This item was on sale previously, can I get it as the sale price?
